Job Responsibilities:
Support Finance Operations in various projects and initiatives: -
- Draft requirements for upcoming projects and initiatives in collaboration with respective stakeholders
- Prepare test cases based on project requirement.
- Carry out testing to ensure successful completion of projects.
- Assist with documentation and reporting of project progress.
- Provide support to Finance operations where required ie. initiatives
Salary:
- Up to $3,000
Period:
- 6 months contract (1st week Oct 24 to Mar 25), renewable based on performance
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm

Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or Business
- Strong fundamentals in finance operations and support with accounting knowledge and a solid appreciation of internal controls surrounding business processes.
- Strong work ethics, meticulous with an eye for details, good problem-solving skills, and an ability to work independently and within tight timeline are traits to succeed in the role.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words, and macros.
- Team player, detail oriented and strong desire to learn.
