We are seeking an experienced Functional SAP, OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant with a strong background in SAP functional areas, S/4HANA implementation, presales activities, and onsite project experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing AP Automation solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA to meet the client's business requirements.

The role requires deep expertise in SAP functional modules, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of SAP, OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Provide functional expertise in SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI, AP, AR) and S/4HANA to ensure seamless integration with OpenText VIM.
• Conduct workshops and requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand their invoice processing needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and configure OpenText VIM workflows, business rules, and user interfaces in alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful integration of OpenText VIM with SAP S/4HANA and other related systems.
• Perform system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Provide training and support to end users and client teams on OpenText VIM functionalities and best practices.
• Participate in presales activities, including responding to RFPs, creating solution proposals, and demonstrating OpenText VIM capabilities to potential clients.
• Provide onsite support during project implementation phases and ensure successful delivery within project timelines and budgets.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize invoice processing efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest OpenText and SAP S/4HANA product releases, features, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SAP functional consulting with a focus on SAP S/4HANA, OpenText VIM implementations and Application Management Services.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP, OpenText VIM projects in an onsite consulting role.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules such as MM, FI , AP and AR.
• Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, configuration, and integration.
• Hands-on experience with OpenText VIM configuration, including workflows, business rules, and user interface customization.
• Experience in presales activities, including solution design, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite with clients as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP S/4HANA, OpenText VIM certification is highly desirable.
• Experience with additional SAP modules or third-party applications is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 applications.
