Responsibilities
- Boosting sales revenue and profitability by achieving sales targets
- Greeting customers and improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service
- Provide consultation services to customers using equipment and directing customers to merchandise within the store
- Conduct professional scalp analysis; demonstrate features and benefits of company’s treatments, services and products
- Dealing with customer administration, incoming calls, inquiries and appointment bookings
- Assess customers’ needs, conditions and obtain basic medical history of customer
- Recommend packages according to individual needs and conditions
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers and cross-selling products
- Building rapports with customer and providing good customer service and needs in relation to hair scalp enquiries
- Perform basic hands-on treatments when necessary
- Updating of customer’s progress in the treatment card and computer system
- Familiarize with store packages, promotions, product prices and rates and ensure superior product and treatment knowledge
- Resolve customers’ complaints, ensuring customers satisfaction and inform the management about any incidents or customers complaints
- Fill out necessary reports or data at the end of each session
- Ensures orderly appearance throughout the sales floor and high standard of service
- Maintains spa and treatment room appearance, cleanliness according to standard operating procedures
