We are looking to hire a passionate product manager with ability to lead the technical discussion on product as well as functionally lead the business revenue for multi-country product sales strategies.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the domain of techno-functional role in product business and team handling
- Carry experience in large IT companies in the past
- Person should be locally present in Singapore
Following are the key responsibilities:
- Drive pre-sales and post-sales activity for customers by strong relationship building, product knowledge, account planning and strategy-plan to upsell and cross sell for account expansion.
- Solution building, pitching and delivery to prospective clients. Active participation in technical solution building, proposal drafting.
- Availability to support in multiple time zones (APAC, ANZ, US)
- Presenting the technical solutions to suffice the business ask to the C-Suit employees, convince them to buy-in our solution and services.
- Identify and Initiate strategic business conversations and partner with clients in aligning their business ask with strategic solutions as a SPOC for the customer.
- License tracking, service renewal agreements, SLA management, rate revisions.
- Responsible for client on-boarding activities- commercial closure, commercial negotiation, contract management, managing inter- department calls until onboarding of the client.
- Provide support to local Community Management teams by working with different departments to prioritize high level items and escalated issues across levels.
- Increase customer retention by conducting regular meeting & check-in calls, and perform quarterly meetings for health checks and task review meetings.
- Develop strategies for increasing the average Enterprise customer revenue.
- Use a CRM tool to monitor customer numbers, sales cycle, product plan and growth.
- Escalation management both internal and external.
- Regularly engage with client’s post-sale, creatively add value throughout lifecycle, grow the relationship at one or more buildings in the market and ultimately increase retention while reducing churn.
