Key Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will be responsible for a wide range of audit, tax, and accounting tasks, including but not limited to:


Audit and Assurance


Audit Planning & Execution:

  • Participate in audit planning, including understanding the business environment, conducting risk assessments, performing analytical reviews, and assessing business control environments.
  • Assist in determining overall materiality levels for audit engagements.
  • Perform audit work across various industries, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
  • Conduct special audits and other assurance services, such as compilations

Audit Documentation & Reporting:

  • Document audit findings thoroughly and communicate any audit issues effectively to managers and partners.
  • Prepare audit reports, providing recommendations for correcting unsatisfactory conditions and improving operations and management.
  • Compile annual financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).

Tax Compliance and Accounting

Tax Computation & Filing:

  • Prepare corporate and individual tax computations and ensure timely and accurate submission of tax returns.
  • Liaise with clients regarding their tax matters, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

Financial Accounting:

  • Prepare full sets of accounts for companies or businesses, including monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Ensure timely submission of Goods and Services Tax (GST) filings.
  • Prepare statutory financial statements according to SFRS.

Requirements

  • Have at least 1–3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Be proficient in English and Mandarin.
  • Be skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be hardworking, adaptable, and willing to learn.
  • Have a meticulous, deadline-driven approach with the ability to multi-task.
  • Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of CCH ProSystem fx Engagement or similar audit software is an advantage.
