Duties involved
- Recruitment : Interview and manage onboard carers (nannies, babysitters, educarers, and special needs)
- Post Ads and handle recruitment channels / partners.
- Participate in job fairs and onboard events.
- Attend to care requests through calls & email.
- Match and schedule assignments with parents and nannies.
- Invoicing & calculate payroll for the carers
- Case management
- Any other office admin work as assigned.
Candidate’s requirement:
- Enjoy meeting ladies of different seasons.
- Good knowledge of HR and payment management
- Good communicative skills, preferably bilingual.
- Detailed oriented and good follow through skills
- Well versed with MS Office.
- Self-driven and committed.
Full-Work arrangement
- Monday to Friday
- Time: 9am to 6pm (1 hour lunch)
- Location Blk 203 Hougang St 21 #03-77 Singapore 530203.
Remuneration Package
- Probation 3 months
- Monthly package: Min $2,000 to $2,400. Able to offer higher based on qualification and relevant experience.
