A. Job Description:
- Deployment of manpower for all operations
- Recruitment of Part Timers
- Expansion of Manpower Networking
- Part Timers Database & Segmentation
- Communications with part timers - gathering feedback on ground from promoters
- Managing Recruitment Channel, eg - telegram & etc
- Admin - Sales Report & Photo Documentation on weekly basis
- Warehouse Duty - minimum once a week (include packing, managing logistic delivery schedule & communicate with partners)
- Store Check over Weekday / Weekend
- Monitoring & Documenting of Advertising & Promotion Activities
- Exploring creative/Innovative ways of enhancing reporting system
- Any other tasks being given by the superior
- Flexi Working Hours on weekdays
- Working days: 5.5 days per week
- Annual Leave: 14 days
