Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers with product inquiries and orders.
- Restock and organize merchandise according to guidelines.
- Check stock quality, expiry dates, and handle out-of-stock items.
- Ensure accurate price labeling.
- Process payments, returns, and promote the loyalty program.
- Set up and maintain product displays.
- Keep the store clean and organized.
- Assist with opening/closing procedures and cash register balancing.
- Help with stock inventory counts.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail is a plus but not required as training will be provided.
- Minimum GCE 'O' or 'N' level.
- Basic proficiency in reading and understanding English.
- IT skills are a bonus.
- Friendly, positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work well both as part of a team and independently.
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically capable of handling heavy items.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
