Accounts Payable Executive /Up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus (RB)

- Basic Salary up to $3,500 with yearly increment based on performance.
- 5.125 Days Work Week (Mondays to Fridays: 0900 hrs to 1815 hrs /One Saturday Per Month: 0900 hrs to 1300 hrs)
Job Description:
This is a full time role for an Accounts Payable Executive located in Ubi Road. Our client is in the automotive industry. You'll be responsible for circulating suppliers' invoices to various departments for verification and approval before posting. You'll also prepare payments for suppliers and perform monthly reconciliations of creditors' statements of accounts. Additionally, you'll assist in preparing journal entries for the monthly closing of accounts and handle any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of NITEC or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Experiences in using Kerridge Commercial Systems will be advantage
- Preferably with at least 2 years experience in related field.
