The Customer Service Engineer/Technician is requested to perform 2nd and 3rd level troubleshooting to resolve system & network performance related issues, whilst driving continuous service improvements and working closely with the Service Delivery Team to ensure an outstanding service to all partners.
To support the 24 hours nature of the business, this position may include shift work and it requires to work on-site on the customer premises or site.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- At least 1-2 years experience in an IT-based environment.
- Fresh graduate with IT or Diplomas with relevant experience may apply for an entry-level position
- Good knowledge of Windows and Linux OS (i.e. Gentoo, CentOS);
- Good knowledge of Network Protocols (802.1x, TCP/IP, VLANs) and Network Elements (Switches, Firewalls)
- Preferably hands-on experience with Cyber Security software solutions (EPO, Antivirus).

- Willing to work on shift and able to work as Standby Engineer on a rotation basis

- May be require to travel overseas for training and work.
Education / Certification Requirement:
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electrical Engineering or equivalent field of study
- Any professional technical certifications commensurate with the candidate’s work experience within networking and security domains.
