Scope:
- Ensure timely and accurate hands-on administration ofmonthly local payroll (including CPF) cycles using Prosoft (Unit 4), yearly income tax reporting submission as well as validation of SEA payroll data.
- Ensure updated and accuracy of payroll records in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
- Responsible for the exit preparation and final pay computation for termination, resignation and retirement cases.
- Liaise with SEA subsidiaries’ counterparts on the validation of the monthly payroll computation.
- Work with Finance to provide payroll/headcount information/ad-hoc reports to HQ as and when required.
- Timely administration and submission of the quarterly/half yearly government reports on Labour
- Market/AnnualWage Change/ad-hoc surveys.
- Monthly Upload Flexi benefits to Prosoft (with Payroll)
- Insurance (e-benefits)
- Support in key projects and events as required
- Administrative responsibilities - Perform general administrative duties including answering phone calls, filing and data entry
- Assist in purchasing and maintaining inventory of office stationery, equipment and facilities nmaintenance
- Maintain records relating to receipt and issuance of materials or equipment
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree in HR related discipline with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Prior experience in HRIS systems, e.g. Prosoft, D365 etc.
- Team player, independent and able to work in a fast-paced working environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Responsible, organize, meticulous, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in key MS office applications
