Responsibilities
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle according to customer’s additional requests
- Resolve logistical issues that customers are experiencing in a timely manner
- Retain customers and provide logistical improvement suggestions that lead to departmental and business objectives
- Work collaboratively with other departments to solve customer issues as quickly and as efficiently as possible
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Servicing customers via chat and or email (inbound and outbound interaction)
- Handling voice calls (Outbound calls for follow-up)
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction (C-SAT) scores meet targets set out for the year
- Up to date product knowledge in order to deliver accurate and effective services
- Social media monitoring and search for brand ambassadors in Korean and Singapore markets
- Brand ambassador management
- Outbound communication and follow-up with client base
- Participate in events organised by company to educate pet owners on pet nutrition and generate new leads
Requirements
- Diploma in any field
- 2 years of working experience in customer service and or hospitality
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Fluent in Korean for the linguistic needs of our Korea client base
- A meticulous customer-oriented thinker with a desire and willingness to roll up sleeves to get things done
- Adept at complex problem-solving
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to multi-tasks, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Customer orientation and ability to handle all types of customers
- A love for pets especially dogs and cats preferred
- Able to standby online for weekend duty for 1 hour once a month
