Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage documentation, including grant applications and business proposals
- Assist in the creation of presentation decks and advertising materials
- Coordinate and handle simple communications with potential clients
- Support in preparing reports, contracts, and other relevant business documents
- Provide assistance with the organization and management of business projects
- Perform any other administrative duties required to support the team’s operations
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with ChatGPT or other AI tools
- Experience working with Canva
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask efficiently
