Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive user growth strategy aligned with company goals, identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities across various channels and markets. Establish KPIs for user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
- Lead and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid ads and affiliate marketing, to drive significant user sign-ups and boost platform engagement.
- Analyze traffic and campaign data, utilizing data-driven analysis to optimize and adjust marketing efforts, and improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Stay informed of market trends and latest developments, uncover product selling points, and drive user growth and engagement through effective campaign management, ultimately enhancing user activity and retention.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing growth team, which includes specialists in marketing, analytics, user experience, and KOL management. Promote a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in leading and managing user growth and performance marketing campaigns within the financial services or trading industry.
- Strong ability to optimize advertising strategies based on competitive analysis and market data, continuously improving performance metrics.
- Capability to align advertising strategies with company growth goals and execute plans to maximize user acquisition and engagement.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with experience in building and developing successful growth teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese to effectively manage Chinese-speaking stakeholders and global KOL partnerships.
