The Rewards Specialist is responsible for proposing and developing Total Rewards processes, policies and programs and ensure consistent delivery of CoE solutions globally and regionally. You will continuously create potential improvements and recommendations to further improve HR solutions for Total Rewards.
Job Responsibilities
- Total Rewards services and processes
· Accountable for design and delivery of Total Rewards CoE solutions included specialized service delivery
· Calculate incentives scheme, conduct Job evaluation, updating Benefits Programs, understand focused countries/regional group on Compensation & Benefits policies and market practices
· Work in global/regional teams to create and deliver consistent and standardized processes and programs with customization for regions and markets
· Independent and timely execution of tasks within Total Rewards processes and manage specialist Reward services and processes
· Takes responsibility for managing, and completing requests to provide high-quality service to employees and colleagues for Total Rewards services
· Supports on Total Rewards related queries, such as compensation processes and benefits - Customer Contact
· Partner with representatives from across the organization, including Business Partners and People Excellence teams to align and monitor CoE solutions delivery and performance within designated region
· Work across CoE Specialists and Heads of CoEs to ensure alignment, respond to escalated inquiries that require deep subject matter expertise - Improve customer experience and services
· Align Total Rewards processes and programs to regional and local business priorities, culture and organizational values, obtaining input from multiple resources, rapidly creating potential improvements and recommendations, iteratively testing and refining regional and local HR solutions
· Propose, develop and improve CoE processes, policies and framework based on insights analysis, market best practices and inputs from stakeholders
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years Total Rewards program design and implementation experience (one of or all of the compensation, benefits, global mobility components of specialty) in MNC operations regionally or globally. FMCG industry is a plus but not a must
- Business driver and cultural driven program ownership;
- Collaboration and relationship development with various stakeholders
- Tools and technologies knowledge (SAP; Employee Central)
- Ability to leverage data and insights with digital mind-set to propose recommendation and improvements
As this is a contract position, it will be managed by our 3rd party contractor vendor.
