Responsibilities
- Responsible for construction design involving the preparation of calculations and review of structural design drawings in accordance to customers' specifications, applicable codes, standards and other generally accepted practices.
- Review all technical documentation and drawings of the Project works.
- Work closely with consultant on the scope of services, design and project deliverables to enhance site efficiency and constructability.
- Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards are maintained site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time
- Ensure strict compliance of the design in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Any other tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in civil engineering, civil engineering, structure and other related majors
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
- Skilled use of office, design, drawing software.
- Effectively bilingual in English & Chinese to communicate with our chinese foreign workers.
- Strong coordination and collaboration with other disciplines.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills .
- Good organization and time management skills.
