Job Responsibilities:
- Perform Operations (Futures & FX) process on collateral management, FX settlements, Futures & FX reconciliation and regulatory reporting to respective regulator and exchanges.
- Maintain system contract static, commission and executing broker rates.
- Handles position transfer with clearing firms or clearing house and resolve trades issue.
- Ensure no disruptions in daily business as usual in terms of accuracy and timeliness in meeting Service Level Indicator as established with Business.
- Adhere to documented procedures, control guidelines and compliance framework.
- Support Section Head/Team Lead to in user acceptance testing .
- Update Management statistics for Management reporting.
- Ensure that discrepancies/exceptions, if any, are immediately reported to Section Head/Team Lead and ensure prompt and effective resolution.
- Handle queries from internal stakeholders and external Business Units
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
Salary:
- Up to $2,600
Period:
- 2 months contract, renewable based on performance
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Relevant experience in Banking, Finance or equivalent
