The appointee will be part of the Finance team and will be responsible for duties primarily related to Assets and CET Operations.
Responsibilities:-
· To be involved in Digital Workplace Asset Management System (DWPAMS) project which includes answering queries raised by Schools & Departments, providing guidance in the asset tagging process and any other works which may arise in the process.
· To be involved in Continuing Education & Training (CET) operations which includes submitting e-invoices, preparing receipts and refunds, preparing accounting entries for posting into the financial system, performing bank reconciliations and any other works which may arise from the daily CET operations.
Requirements:-
• Relevant qualifications in Accountancy/Business or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Able to operate basic software and hardware tools such as the AMS software, asset tag printer, asset tag scanner and mobile phone reader
• Good team player who is self-motivated and can complete task within deadlines set
• Self-driven, able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess problem solving skills
