Main Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Product detailing of rapid diagnostics test kits to healthcare professionals include general practitioners, within an assigned territory.
- Identify and target potential customers and develop strategies to increase market share and brand awareness in Singapore.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and decision-makers
- Provide accurate information and on the ground insights for assigned products.
- Support and execute marketing initiatives.
- To achieve call frequency targets and consistently achieve top line sales targets in the assigned territory(ies).
- Represent company at medical events, symposium or conferences to promote pharmaceutical products during weekdays/ weekends when necessary
- To conduct or assist to conduct online meetings and digital engagements such as Webinar/Virtual discussions/e-detailing.
Compliance:
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory, SAPI requirements and company policies.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills:-
- Degree/Diploma with relevant min 1 to 2 years of selling experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Good presentation and territorial management skills.
- Good disposition and customer service oriented.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- IT Savvy, Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Words, Microsoft Teams/Zooms.
