Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement engaging social media campaigns that align with business goals and strengthen the hospital's online presence.
- Campaign Management: Conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns to showcase the hospital's achievements, initiatives, and professionals.
- Employee Engagement: Create and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and foster a positive organizational culture.
- Communications Consulting: Provide expert guidance on branding, editorial oversight, and internal communications to various departments.
- Crisis Management: Develop and manage crisis communication plans and participate in emergency preparedness drills.
Requirements
- Degree in relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in communications.
- Demonstrated expertise in social media management, campaign development, and crisis communications.
- Proven ability to provide editorial and branding advice, and oversee content creation.
