The Role:
As a Marketing Executive, you’ll play a crucial part in driving our marketing efforts and growing our client base. You’ll be responsible for everything from digital campaigns and content creation to lead generation and market research. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and run marketing campaigns aimed at reaching small and medium-sized businesses in Singapore.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot opportunities and refine strategies.
- Manage digital marketing efforts across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create content for social media, emails, and blogs that resonates with our target audience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive lead generation and manage the CRM system.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, making improvements as needed.
- Attend industry events and networking sessions to build partnerships and promote our brand.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with local financial regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in financial services or B2B.
- Strong understanding of the challenges faced by Singapore’s SMEs.
- Hands-on experience with digital campaigns and lead generation strategies.
- Good working knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent content creation skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to adapt and stay proactive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s financial regulations is a plus.
