Seeking a dedicated Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will attend to equipment faults at our customers' premises, ensuring timely and high-quality service. You'll also manage communications with customers and sub-contractors, monitor project progress, and oversee the delivery of materials and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address equipment faults at customer locations promptly.
- Liaise with customers and sub-contractors for add-on projects.
- Monitor work progress to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment for installations or fault rectifications.
- Perform periodic maintenance for our customers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Course of studies in Electronics and/or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting card access systems, alarm systems, CCTV, etc.
- Skills: Good interpersonal communication, strong troubleshooting abilities.
- Licenses: Valid Class 3 driving license.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
