Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full recruitment process, from job advertisement and resume screening to interview coordination and reference checks.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures, particularly for foreign employees.
- Maintain and regularly update the HR management system with accurate employee records.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies.
- Handle daily office administrative tasks, including answering calls, managing mail, and organizing files.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, reserve conference rooms, and assist with meeting materials.
- Manage office inventory, ensuring supplies are stocked and ordered as needed.
- Ensure the smooth functioning and upkeep of office facilities and equipment.
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR and/or office administration roles.
- Familiarity with Singapore labor laws and HR practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
