Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:
Responsibilities:
· Ensure the smooth running of the Club.
· Carry out marketing and sales initiative and training of junior staff.
· Closing of sales and conducting of Club tours.
· Assist in ensuring all membership administration is done as per SOPs.
· Assist in handling all feedback, complaints, and enquiries.
· Inform members of news, events, and promotions.
· Planning and organizing of events and activities for members.
· Ad hoc projects and duties assigned by Club Manager.
Requirements:
· Diploma or GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ Level.
· No experience required. Fresh graduates and entry level are welcome to apply.
· Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Working hours - 1:15pm to 10pm, able to commit on weekends & public holidays. (occasionally required to work morning shift)
· Fully COVID-19 vaccinated.
