Job Summary:

- Salary range: SGD 3,500 to RM 4,500
Primary Responsibilities:
Logistics Coordination:
- Coordinate the shipment and transportation of materials, equipment, and supplies required for ductwork projects, both domestically and internationally.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Prepare and manage shipping documents, including packing lists, bills of lading, customs declarations, and certificates of origin, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Inventory Management and Warehousing:
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure timely receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming shipments.
Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for shipping-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:
- o Conduct quality checks on incoming shipments, ensuring conformity with purchase orders, specifications, and industry standards
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant experience in logistics coordination may substitute for formal education.
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping coordination, supply chain management, preferably within the construction, manufacturing, or process exhaust ductwork industry. Highly experienced candidate will be considered for senior position.
- Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems for tracking shipments, managing inventory, and generating reports.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and import/export documentation requirements.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with theability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
