Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage production staff to achieve manufacturing goals. Assign tasks, monitorperformance, and provide guidance to ensure optimal productivity and quality.
- Organize and oversee production workflows to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks. Adjust schedules as necessary based on production demands and resource availability.
- Develop and execute production plans by scheduling personnel, establishing priorities, and revising schedules. Monitor progress and resolve issues to keep production on track.
- Maintain high-quality standards by implementing and enforcing production protocols. Conduct regular inspections and address any quality issues promptly.
- Compile and analyse production performance data. Prepare shift production summaries and reports on key metrics, including productivity, quality, and any incidents or delays.
- Identify and address production-related issues, including equipment malfunctions and process inefficiencies. Develop and implement solutions to minimize downtime and improve operations.
- Provide valuable insights by compiling, sorting, and analysing production record and data. Respond to queries and requests related to manufacturing performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of successfully managing and motivating teams.
- In-depth understanding of production processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving production challenges.
