Responsibilities:
- Reports to Senior Project Director and/or Project Director.
- To perform all aspects of project management functions and to ensure proper post-contract administration
- To fully perform the duties and responsibilities of a Project Manager as stated in the manual from which some of the functions are stated here.
- To source for and approve the engagement of all reliable contractors/suppliers and to be involved in contractual agreements
- To provide daily work reports for management’s review including daily site reports.
- To be responsible for the profitability of all projects handled.
- To have a strong understanding of the SOP Act.
- To monitor/diligently make claims for work/services rendered to clients
- To be a member of the HSE committee and assist in the enforcement of the HSE rules and regulations.
Requirements:
- Ability to independently manage a project from commencement to completion in every aspect.
- Able to lead teams and manage multiple jobs
- Good oral & written communication skills & IT literate
- Safety trained and familiar with ISO practices
- 6 years and above as a manager
