Responsibilities
- Assist the Corporate Communications Department with administrative work
- Facilitate procurement and payment processes and track department’s budget
- Manage organisation’s email inbox and coordinate queries and replies
- Logistics management
- Collaterals management
- Update career postings on PPIS website
- Provide support to the Corporate Communications Department
Requirements
- Diploma in Events Management or related field
- Basic knowledge of Wordpress, Netsuite and Tenderboard will be advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office softwares
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
