Qualifications
- Bachelor degree with 15+ years combined hands-on Automotive industry experiences
- Having business mindset to create organizational strategic action plan
- Experience on organizational structure set up for automotive and drive improvement with cross functional domain team
- Demonstration of supply chain / Quality risk mitigation management
- Professional experience in Automotive supply chain requirement handling
- Deep understanding of OEM/Tier 1 system function & quality requirements
- Good understanding of various semiconductor packaging types.
- Understanding Automotive regulatory requirement and automotive service package
- Excellent communication skills to win and execute customers’ projects smoothly through collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and/or factories
- Manage team of worldwide Automotive BU team.
- Drive cost model improvement
- Open relations with others/active communication
