Primary responsibility is the Engineer function for Singapore TCM.
- Responsible for troubleshooting equipment failures.
- Plan, schedule and perform predictive and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure accurate and updated maintenance records.
- Provide maintenance report and conduct meeting.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures.
- Track uptime, downtime, MTBF and MTTR of CDS.
- Perform FMEAs and implement solutions.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ordering.
- Lead Service Team/Technicians in the timely completion of all required tasks.
- Prepare training materials and provide trainings for site operations & service personnel on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Ensure high standard on safety and housekeeping and assist in such audits.
- Generate reports and presentations on all related activities, abnormal or incidents.
- Lead startup, commissioning, installation of CDS, SDS and process systems
- Involved in improvement plan.
- 24 hours standby for emergency activation or shutdown.
- Do roaming check on all chemical rooms, CDM & SDM to make sure the all are in order.
- Report all abnormal conditions & findings to Customer’s Facility Engineer and TCM Manager.
- Response to all complaints and requests from Customer’s Facility personnel or POU personnel and work closely to solve problems; escalate to high level if necessary.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties when necessary & upon request by client or TCM managers.

Required qualifications/experience
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering field or equivalent (preferred in Chemical / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical & Electronic or Control & Instrumentations).
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in semiconductor or chemical and gas industry (is added advantage).
- Strong technical skill and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Experience in 8D methodology (problem solving approach) with 5Whys analysis, Fishbone analysis to write incident report (is added advantage)
- Know FMEA process.
- Good in computer skill and Microsoft office.
