- Design and develop Tuxedo-based applications to support business functionalities and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement and integrate business logic in Tuxedo, ensuring robust application performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to Tuxedo, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operation.
- Conduct unit and integration testing to validate application functionality and performance.
- Document processes, system architecture, and technical specifications to ensure clarity and knowledge transfer.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders as needed.

- Stay updated with Tuxedo enhancements and industry best practices to continually improve application capabilities.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Tuxedo development and related technologies.
- Language Proficiency: Strong programming skills in C/C++ and/or Java, along with experience in Tuxedo application development.
- Knowledge of Middleware: Understanding of middleware concepts and how Tuxedo fits within enterprise application architecture.
- Database Skills: Familiarity with database integration and SQL for data management tasks.
