The Bank is seeking a Data Analyst to support the design, development, and implementation of various dashboard requirements within Bank.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with a team of data analysts and business users throughout each project stage to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of dashboard solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering:
- Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders.
- Data Preparation:
- Clean, transform, and analyze data to ensure its suitability for dashboard development.
- Perform data discovery and analysis from the bank’s data platform to assess the feasibility of requirements.
- Dashboard Design:
- Conceptualize dashboard designs through wireframes and prototypes.
- Develop visually appealing and intuitive dashboards in QlikView/Qlik Sense to effectively communicate key insights and metrics.
- Apply best practices in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design.
- Testing & Troubleshooting:
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure dashboard functionality and performance across different devices and platforms.
- Training:
- Conduct training sessions and roadshows to promote awareness and usage among target users.
- Additional Tasks:
- Assist with other data discovery tasks (non-dashboard related) that the team is working on.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge with QlikView and Qlik Sense, including dashboard development, data modelling, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools, visualization tools, and scripting.
- Knowledge of SQL for data manipulation.
- Analytical Skills:
- Ability to convert data into meaningful information and insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Effective time and stakeholder management skills.
