We are looking for a few Temp Clinic admin assistants (back-office) to join us and support our clinic administrative work.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the corporate client
- Perform administrative tasks such as enrolment, invoicing, termination and attend to enquires via phone and email
- Perform Data Entry
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirement:
- Computer literacy; Microsoft Office, Email
- IT savvy; able to handle clinic management system independently after training provided
- Fast learner and team player
- Good interpersonal skills, a good team player, and has good time management skills
- Able to commit minimum 3 months, office hours
- Open to Poly grads or waiting to enroll to university
- Hourly rate - $10
