Job Scope:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, carriers, suppliers, and other supply chain stakeholders in daily operations.
- Manage customer orders, including handling documentation and coordinating transport bookings with carriers based on routing and service level agreements.
- Oversee transport operations to ensure compliance with established standards and work instructions across the supply chain.
- Address customer requests, supply chain disruptions, and incidents, providing timely updates to supervisors and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates on tracking events (milestones) from suppliers and carriers.
- Investigate any missing events and resolve data inconsistencies.
- Assist supervisors in preparing reports, monthly reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
- Contribute to the analysis of standard KPIs and reports, offering suggestions for potential improvements.
- Support the onboarding of new suppliers to ensure compliance with global orders, event tracking, and SOPs.
- Follow all relevant SOPs, work instructions, and job-specific procedures.
- Assist in implementing process or policy changes as directed by process owners.
