Role Description:
This position reports to the Marcom director and is responsible for supporting the development of marketing strategy and and execution of marketing campaigns. He/She is expected to assist with the logistics arrangements involved in organising online marketing campaigns. He/ She is also expected to assist with the collation of customer data to help management understand the target segments for media assets. He will also be involved in research and analysis to support marketing decisions. He would need to liaise with internal and external stakeholders regularly.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Identifying sources to obtain market, competitor, customer and product performance data
- Analysing customer and competitor dynamics through information gathered to evaluate effectiveness of marketing efforts and generate relevant reports.
- Managing pre-campaign testing and assist in smooth operation of campaign activities
- Conduct data analytics to monitor campaign performance and online activities
- Support development of marketing strategy and the planning and implementation of marketing efforts.
