ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This position reports to the Head of Learning & Development. He/ She will learn to develop and manage our training calendar, manage records and databases, and collate budgetary information for our courses. He/ She will monitor course take-up and completion rates, coordinate learner registration and attendance, and oversee logistics and resource management. Additionally, he/ she will distribute learning materials, prepare and maintain training facilities and equipment, and support external funding applications.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop the training calendar in line with business objectives and resource and demand analyses
- Establish and implement record and database management processes
- Collate budgetary and financial information relating to running of our courses
- Consolidate data to monitor take-up rates
- Manage and coordinate learner registration and attendance tracking
- Coordinate logistics and resources across the organisation and products and services
- Distribute learning materials to learners
- Maintain training facilities and equipment
- Support external funding application processes
- Attend to stakeholder management issues
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide relevant updates
- Sourcing and management of vendors
