Responsibilities
· Negotiate effective pricing & service levels to achieve savings at every point of purchase for all Bank’s IT-related devices.
· Establish robust supplier base and supplies inventory to mitigate risks of servicing gaps arising from Non-stock and delays in vendor deliveries.
· Conduct fair and transparent sourcing and selection of IT vendors for Common and Standardized services and supplies (those not under RFP).
· Effective vendor management
Skills/Requirement
· Diploma / Degree with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in IT Assets, sourcing/requisition, vendor negotiations & contract management.
· Excellent business acumen and contract negotiation skills.
· Service-oriented team player who is also able to work independently with minimum supervision.
· Positive work attitude and compliant to organization policies.
· Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
· Meticulous and Quality conscious.
