About Us:
We are multi-product company ranging fashion apparel, sport wear to interior design.
Due to rapid expansion our company requires full time graphic designer to manage all our company advertising campaigns and events.
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Designer to join our team. As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for leading design projects, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, creative solutions that align with our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of compelling visual solutions across digital and print platforms.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to deliver cohesive design strategies.
- Oversee and contribute to the entire design process, from concept to delivery.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Create and refine brand identities, ensuring consistency across all channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.).
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A keen eye for detail, color, typography, and layout.
- Experience in UI/UX design is a plus.
