i. Minimum a degree in Information Technology or equivalent
ii. Minimum 2 years of relevant working and technical IT experience
iii. Pleasant disposition and good social etiquette with good spoken and written
English and Chinese.
iv. Good problem solving / troubleshooting skills
v. Good customer service attitude
vi. Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems
vii. Some knowledge of Linux Operating Systems (e.g. RedHat, Ubuntu)
viii. Some knowledge of Networking concepts and topologies
ix. Basic knowledge of Cybersecurity concepts
