SALES ENGINEER

We are a Sheet Metal Fabrication Job Shop and have a well develop manufacturing team, in Precision Metal Fabrication background. Production team have the ability to fabricate Products accordingly to Customer Requirements and consistency is our Key Advantage. The Company is expanding it’s business with Newly Setup Factory to allocate Capacity for New Business Sector. Join us to develop your capability thru Sales and develop your Team with us.


Responsibilities:

· Responsible for Dedicated Sales Sector Target, obtaining profitable results through the Sales set by Manager.

· Responsible for Marketing tools development for it’s Sales Sector. (PPT)

· Manage the sales administration function (when require). Understand FAI requirements from Customer (Detailed).

· Preparation Quotation and BOM for costing analysis for future production usage or on hand Orders.

· Developed a generic marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each Customers (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force.

· Ensure that all sales activities are in accordance with the guidelines set by the Company and ability to manufacture.

· Creating new contacts and develops new businesses Beneficial for the Company.

· Fully responsible for Sale Trade Accounts Receivable for customers ensuring zero bad debts.

· Create Sale Costing against BOM Target set understanding expenditure against Sale amount.

· Submit monthly sales forecast against actual performance report timely.

· Submit Sales Purchase Budget for Special Projects amount larger than expect.

· Execute jobs assign by General Manager or Sales Manager.


REQUIREMENT

· 3-5 years experience Sheet Metal or Engineering Sales in either, Construction Business Sector, F&B Equipment Sales, Lab Furniture Sales, Office Sign Board Sales.

· Minimum Qualification Business or Marketing Diploma

· Understand Product Costing against Sales Impact.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Experience in B2B sales

· Excellent time management, prioritization skills and self-independent at work.

· 5 days work week and able to complete daily priority work within the day.
