Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data into our systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Vendor Evaluation: Assist in the evaluation of potential vendors, collecting and analyzing relevant information.
- SAP System Checks: Verify vendor information and transactions in our SAP system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks as needed, such as document preparation, filing, and report generation.
- Analysis: Provide support for ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or university degree in Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a procurement or supply chain environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective verbal and communication skills.
