Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of production operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and meet production targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of production supervisors and operators.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Monitor production outputs and quality to meet customer requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate production schedules and resolve any production issues.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for production processes.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supply of materials.
- Participate in budgeting and cost control initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- With 2-3 years of experience in a production management role from Chemical Plant, Oil&Gas, Chemical Production, Waste Management Production only.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
