Our client is a publicly listed company in the oil & gas offshore engineering industry. They are currently expanding their business and are looking for a talented individual to support the Talent Acquisition team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Plan and execute recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels.
- Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies.
- Keep an updated database of potential candidates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in HR or related field.
- 4+ years of HR experience in Talent Sourcing and Acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of social media and online recruitment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems.
- Prefer candidates residing in the West area.
