Responsibilities:
- Develop the project business locally and identify and directly target architects and developers for projects.
- Support local distributors with pricing, catalogues and project specification support
- Achieve annual sales targets and assist in tender for projects
- Assist with market research or other local activities related to market and business development and sales growth
- Promote brand awareness, identify prospective clients, and expand the clientele base for the company with focus on the construction sector
- Take ownership and lead business development efforts in selected market segments
- To execute plans and strategies set by General Manager and the company
- Attend to sales enquiries and prepare quotation.
Requirements:
- Diploma, Degree in Marketing / Business or any relevant discipline
- Possess min 3 to 5 years experience in sales or marketing with good track records in working with developers, architectural and designer firms.
- Goals driven and hands-on in executing key measures
- High level of reliability and personal integrity
- Experience in the sanitary fittings industry will be an added advantage
