- Oversee and manage engineering projects from start to finish.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Supervise and provide guidance to engineers and technical staff.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and conduct team meetings to ensure clarity on responsibilities.
- Ensure proper training and development of junior engineers.
- Review and approve engineering designs, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure that technical work complies with standards and regulations.
- Solve technical issues and provide engineering expertise to team members.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Enforce industry regulations and company safety procedures on-site. Assist in preparing project budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to the allocated budget.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental regulations, and legal requirements.
- Enforce safety measures and risk assessments on-site.
- Prepare reports on project status, progress, and any issues encountered. Maintain accurate project records, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
Job Requirements:
- 1. Education: Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- 2. Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering.
