Position: HR UAT Specialist
Location: Raffles
Salary: Up to $6000
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans and cases for Workday modules based on business requirements.
- Lead end-to-end testing, including data validation, integration, and system performance.
- Collaborate with HR, project teams, and Workday consultants to understand specific needs.
- Document test results, identify issues or defects, and provide detailed reports with recommendations.
- Assist in creating training materials and user guides for end-users.
- Support users during the UAT phase and help resolve any issues.
- Suggest improvements to testing processes and stay updated on Workday updates and features.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in UAT for Workday.
- Experience working in/with Human Resource Department
- Proven experience in UAT testing with Workday; certification in Workday modules (HCM).
- Strong knowledge of Workday HR modules.
- Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with HR and technical teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; adaptable to changing priorities.
