Our client is a global MNC in real estate and investment management. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Technical Specialist be part of their Technical Team for ongoing transformation projects.
Duties of Technical Specialist:
- Act as the main contact for tenancy and leasing matters.
- Oversee M&E works, BMS, telecommunications, lifts, and security systems.
- Liaise with authorities and handle audits.
- Manage drawings and minor improvement/A&A works.
- Ensure vendors follow the PPM schedule.
- Address safety issues, crisis management, and SOPs.
- Handle progress reports, quotations, and approvals.
- Escort contractors and manage duty phone hotline.
- Update systems for LinkFM, OMS, and fault cases.
- Assist with project management, including site supervision and checking materials.
Requirements:
- DIploma / Degree in related field
- Relevant experience with Commercial Buildings
- Comfortable with Staggered Shifts
