Our client is a Singapore-based logistics company. They are looking for a Human Resources Executive to assist their HR team for the next phrase of their business. They are located at East of Singapore– easily accessible. The HR Executive is responsible for:
Duties
- Handling daily HR operations and providing administrative support.
- Managing staff attendance, leave benefits, and welfare.
- Assists employees with queries related to claims, benefits, and procedures. It also prepares and coordinates the on-boarding and off-boarding processes, while maintaining employee training records.
- Planning and coordinating recreational activities and events.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Admin
- Min 2- 4 years of related working experience
- Experience in providing full support of HR functions
