What will you do:
Handle full/partial sets company account, maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
Monthly account closing and management reporting
Actively involved in the new ERP system
Keep track of inventory inflow and outflow
Provide administrative support to Sales & Service Department
Assist HR in Updating & maintaining employee benefits, employment status & similar records
Handle general office administrative matters or any other ad-hoc duties assigned
What it requires:
At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
Knowledge and proficiency in accounting technology software and databases and other business intelligence software
Bilingual in English and Chinese as required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customer and colleagues
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Excellent communication
