- Manage the full spectrum of import and export operations, primarily focusing on premium Japanese products.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, issue invoices, and follow up on payments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and process orders efficiently.
- Coordinate closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and other stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries and product quality.
- Assist in strategic planning by assisting with event planning, market analysis, and sales strategies.
- Prepare sales reports and collaborate with marketing agencies to support promotional activities.
